Love part two

Well staying in tune with the Valentines theme of the week, I am going to write a sentence or two about what makes the people I love unique. If I forgot about you I am sorry I 'm only soing it for the people that I know read my blog and my husband and kids so if you stumble across this and your not on it, I am sorry but you should of been a more active blog reader:).

My husband-The thing I admire about his is his amazing ability not to care what other peole think about him, and never to let anyone waver his beliefs. If he belived in his heart that the sky was green and the whole world told him the sky was blue he would just kepp on beliveing. Sometimes this crosses into the cocky, arrogant, stuborn feild, but for the most part he's pretty humble, and always stands up for what he belives is right without feeling like he's betraying someone. He doesn't care who disagrees he doesn't pick sides based on emotion or loyalty but who he truley belives is right. I love him for the strong person he is inside and out.

Jesse Jr.- I love Jesse Jr for all the wonder in his eyes, and the laughter in his soul. He such a beautiful child, innocent and pure. I love the way he says I love you Mama and kisses me. He's very special to and growing up fast. Soon he will be in kindergarden. It breaks my heart to realize that he will be out in the real world with all those mean ugly people and I can't protect him forever.

Isaiah-Isaiah is like his daddy, he knows what he wants and wants it now, and makes sure that everyone else knows it too. Isaiah is so excited when I get home, he stops whatever he's doing and crawls over to me with his arms up in the air, saying Mama, Mama. On weekends I love to get up and feed him breakfast when everyone else is still asleep. He laughs, and drops things all over the place and makes a mess, and has a great time. It's our special time. He's always in the best mood first thing in the morning just like his dad too!

My mom- My mom is my best friend, belive me though it wasn't always like this, just for the last few years. As many of you know I had no phone for a while and went through withdrawls from talking to her. We talked everyday. My mom is the one person who can tell me I am being selfish, unreasonable, or a big baby and I respect and listen to what she has to say, it doesn't hurt my feelings or make me mad. She loves for who I am and for who I am not. She knows me better that a lot of people, she even has an advantage over Jesse in that area, since she's a girl and thinks like I think. We worked hard on our relationship and coming to terms with many things and never let eachother just give up or run away and it has paid off ten fold.

My grandma-My grandma was my favorite person for years and years. I went to her house every weekend and because her I know so much about the bible and God. She was a strong force in my life as a child and even though were not as close as we once were becaseu I don't see her as often I will never forget all the great memories from my childhood that revolve around her and my grandpa.

I love each and everyone of you! If anyone reads my blog and I din't know it leave a comment and I will know and add you!!

Love...

Well Valentines is fast approaching as we are probably all aware. I don't know what we will be doing for Valentines Day this year. Anyone have any great ideas? This being our sixth Valentine's Day together we are a little bored of dinner and a movie. Valentines is a great holiday, we get a break from the kids and can focus on us. I was talking to someone and they said they are bringing there 6 year old with them on Valentines Day to dinner. Why do people do this? It makes the rest of us think maybe there's something wrong with us, since by the time Valentines Day is here we are REALLY ready to have an adults night. I once heard a quote that said "The best gift a father can give his children, is to love there mother." This being true nobody should feel guilty leaving there kids behind. When you work at creating a great relationship with your husband/wife it makes you better parents. But if someone wants to take the kids with them on there Valentines Date, go ahead just be sure to email me and let me know what restraunt not to go to, because I plan on not seeing anyone under the age of 18 that night. :)

Last weekend I was making a list of things I needed to get done before the weekend was over, and Jesse Jr. was watching me. He said Mom, I want a list. I asked him what he wanted his list to say, he said a list of people I love. I said ok. So he started telling me the names of who he wanted on his list. Mommy, Daddy, Isaish, Aunty Magen, My cousins, Grandma Robin, Grandma Lisa, Unlce Glenn, Papa Jim, Unlce Dan, Aunt Stani, Grandma Reba, Papa Bob, Aunt Mandy, Her new baby, Unlce Rodney, Aunt Celeste, my other cousins, Aunt Ronda and uncle Charles, Uncle Jimmy After this I thought we were done, I mean his list was longer than mine and I was surprised how well he remebers everyone's name. But he needed to add one more name to the list "his dad's worker". Your dad's worker?? (For those of you who don't know we are remodeling the house we rent so our landlord, who we get along with very well, has been over quite a bit lately. ) I asked him " You love Don?" "The landlord?" Yes mom, he's always nice, and always says hi. Isn't is amazing how pure kids hearts are. How they take everything at face vaule. He hasn't been betrayed, or hurt in a way that has made him weary of people. They say hi and are nice I love them and they love me. Theres no wondering of underlying motives just pure love and happiness in his heart. I want to hold on to the gilmpes that show me how little he still really is. f

Birthday's for Big Boys

Well today is an exciting day in my house. Jesse Jr. is 4 years old today. I can't believe he will be in kindergarten next year. He's not a baby anymore, he informs us of this often. I was thinking yesterday, well at least I still have a baby at home, wait that baby will be one in 2 months. Boy, how time flys.

Jesse Jr. is growing up to be such an awesome kid. He's fun, full of love and laughter. He brings so much joy to us. He's good natured, kind, fierce and independent. I look at him with his big brown eyes, and bright smile and can't help but remember that it only seems like yesterday that he was so dependant on me, and now I hear him running through my house yelling " I can do it by myself." He amazes me at how much he learns everyday. It's always an interesting thing when your kids say things, and your first reaction is where did you learn that from? Usually the answer is mom or dad. It's not really the things we say since he has a grasp on what he's allowed to say and not, it's more the tone of voice that we use that's not always pleasant, that he picks up on.

He is a really good big brother and gets along with Isaiah well . They play for hours together. In fact when we told him it was his birthday tomorrow, his first reaction was " Will Isaiah get to have a piece of cake too, I want to share with him. Moments like these make me love my kids more and more. Of course the days will come when there fighting with each other, but for the time being I like to think they will be best friends forever.

Well I am back for a second time

Well after countless hours of emailing Google back and forth I finally just had to make a new blog. I forgot my password and they weren't very helpful. Since I have to inconvenience everyone by making them change the link that I am sure everybody saved, I will make a promise to at least make it worth every body's while, I will update my blog every week. That is my New Year's resolution.

Things in the Ramirez household are fine. We are all doing well. It is almost tax season, so that means I will be super busy. It's exciting though. After tax season is over I will only be working part time. My boys are little and daycare is hard to find and lots of money so I think working part time will work out the best for all involved. I am very optimistic about this arrangement.
